“PLEASE fix it so that when you add an item to your cart, when you press the back button to continue browsing (no other way to do it unless you want to enter your filters all over again) that item doesn’t get taken out of your cart. This is the reason why I only bought two things. I would’ve bought more if I could just press the back button.”

“I was unable to print my return label. When selected it directed me to a "page error" message. Contacted customer service and they emailed saying they were unsure what order I needed a label for and I only had one order that was eligible for return, because it was with in the return period. Therefore the delay in obtaining a return label has been delayed in back and forth emails. I still don't have my return label.”
