“Spent a couple of hundred on clothing, because they offer and advertise free shipping over $130 and they pay for all costs including taxes and customs (listed on the website). To my surprise when I had numerous calls and emails from FedEx advising I owe money and will not receive my package which Tobi charged me for already. Been trying to reach out vial email, phone, chat, X, etc with no response, as FedEx said that Tobi shipped it with the paperwork saying buyer pays. Clothes are a hit or miss, but this horrible customer service and false advertising isn't worth it when there is nothing special about the product, as numerous other sites have the same product. Without the shipping they're worthless. They have yet to respond, yet again, they adverise one business day.
Also note, this has to be a ghost company for a chinese manufacturer, as the hotline is a voice mail and social media hasn't been updated in 4 years.”
“Awful website. Had so many issues because I’m using a credit. Clothes quality isn’t great quality and unfortunately looks it. Stale inventory; the same items have been on the page for over two years. Prices are 70% off but prices are marked so high so with the discount it is like any other fast fashion website’s regular price.”
