The website doesnt work properly. I added items to the cart and when I go to another window and add another item to the cart, the previous item is gone. Very inconsistent website experience.

They canceled my order 2 days before delivery. They excuse was because they did not have the dress in stock. If you don’t have the merchandise in stock ,and so don’t advise it. Scams.

This dress is far more revealing than shown on the website but dress aside, the quality of the clothes from TOBI are actually no where near the price tag. There is also no clear indication of the return policy through the purchasing process and the fact that you can only return for store credit is such an absolute scam. As an online retailer, it is evident that consumers may order several items/several sizes to find the right fit, but to be hoaxed into then not being able to get your money back in (unless you did your due diligence to check their return process first), you are left put of pocket and having to invest into the brand. The customer service email helpline is simply an automated robot response and no help either. I will never order from here again and have waved goodbye to almost $200 for clothing of the same quality that one could find in a Forever21 for less than a tenth of the price.

I ordered this dress in burgundy, received a confirmation email, and then 3 days later got an email saying my order was cancelled. The email says this dress was “either sold out or they couldn’t find it in the warehouse”. I was refunded, but was super disappointed. This was my first time ordering from Tobi, and most likely my last time ordering from them.

There was an issue with my order and it took WEEKS for a response, and only after I persistently wrote in asking for a reply. The few replies I got had no name, terrible grammar, and often ignored my questions, which meant I had to keep reaching out and keep waiting. Eventually (1 month later) I got an e-mail from 'Spencer, Manager', it was the first e-mail with complete sentences, punctuation, correct grammar, and a sign-off. Spencer was apologetic and offered a partial solution, but the experience had been so tarnished by the few and far between, poorly crafted replies that I did not want to support the company at all. I said this multiple times but unfortunately, no one cared. I never heard from Spencer again and my issue was never resolved. The dress itself isn't bad, but my friend got the exact same style from Shein (and I do mean EXACT same) for $25 and we cannot see any difference besides the tag. DO NOT waste your money or time with TOBI.
