“This dress is far more revealing than shown on the website but dress aside, the quality of the clothes from TOBI are actually no where near the price tag. There is also no clear indication of the return policy through the purchasing process and the fact that you can only return for store credit is such an absolute scam. As an online retailer, it is evident that consumers may order several items/several sizes to find the right fit, but to be hoaxed into then not being able to get your money back in (unless you did your due diligence to check their return process first), you are left put of pocket and having to invest into the brand. The customer service email helpline is simply an automated robot response and no help either. I will never order from here again and have waved goodbye to almost $200 for clothing of the same quality that one could find in a Forever21 for less than a tenth of the price.”
“I ordered this dress in burgundy, received a confirmation email, and then 3 days later got an email saying my order was cancelled. The email says this dress was “either sold out or they couldn’t find it in the warehouse”. I was refunded, but was super disappointed. This was my first time ordering from Tobi, and most likely my last time ordering from them.”
