“There was an issue with my order and it took WEEKS for a response, and only after I persistently wrote in asking for a reply. The few replies I got had no name, terrible grammar, and often ignored my questions, which meant I had to keep reaching out and keep waiting. Eventually (1 month later) I got an e-mail from 'Spencer, Manager', it was the first e-mail with complete sentences, punctuation, correct grammar, and a sign-off. Spencer was apologetic and offered a partial solution, but the experience had been so tarnished by the few and far between, poorly crafted replies that I did not want to support the company at all. I said this multiple times but unfortunately, no one cared. I never heard from Spencer again and my issue was never resolved.
The dress itself isn't bad, but my friend got the exact same style from Shein (and I do mean EXACT same) for $25 and we cannot see any difference besides the tag. DO NOT waste your money or time with TOBI.”
“I LOVE the way this dress fits on me, and how it looks. Unfortunately, it’s so poorly made. The first time I wore it out the strap broke. I sewed the strap back on and wore it out again. The second time I wore it out, it broke open at the seam. I am SO disappointed. Very cute dress, but save your money unless you want a wardrobe malfunction at the club.”
