“There was an issue with my order and it took WEEKS for a response, and only after I persistently wrote in asking for a reply. The few replies I got had no name, terrible grammar, and often ignored my questions, which meant I had to keep reaching out and keep waiting. Eventually (1 month later) I got an e-mail from 'Spencer, Manager', it was the first e-mail with complete sentences, punctuation, correct grammar, and a sign-off. Spencer was apologetic and offered a partial solution, but the experience had been so tarnished by the few and far between, poorly crafted replies that I did not want to support the company at all. I said this multiple times but unfortunately, no one cared. I never heard from Spencer again and my issue was never resolved. The dress itself isn't bad, but my friend got the exact same style from Shein (and I do mean EXACT same) for $25 and we cannot see any difference besides the tag. DO NOT waste your money or time with TOBI.”

“I LOVE the way this dress fits on me, and how it looks. Unfortunately, it’s so poorly made. The first time I wore it out the strap broke. I sewed the strap back on and wore it out again. The second time I wore it out, it broke open at the seam. I am SO disappointed. Very cute dress, but save your money unless you want a wardrobe malfunction at the club.”

“after spending $130.00, the mail carrier lost my package and TOBI does not insure their packages and you will not be refunded from them OR the carrier even after they have confirmed the package to be lost. absolutely waist of time, energy and money and the customer service for this company has been AWFUL.”

“First-time buyer and I should have read the reviews on the site. The items are Shien quality. Definitely not worth the price. The dress is see-through and the threads are coming undone. Do not purchase from the site. It also has a horrible return policy. Not worth it.”

“I have made an order of the GOOD GIRL BAD GIRL RUCHED CROP CORSET TOP SIZE S on 15 Aug 2022 (order #7800990) and the order was shipped on 16 Aug 2022 (tracking #202208151822584SLA4BNQ0J2). I received an email saying that this order was lost by the shipping company and will reship the item to me. A new order #7802079 was set up, YET IT WAS 5 DAYS AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT GET ANY TRACKING NUMBER. IT HAS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH NOW AND I ORDERED THE ITEM FOR A WEDDING OCCASION, I HOPE YOU CAN HANDLE THIS PROBLEM ASAP. THANKS.”
