“Their products are really a hit or miss. I’m in a cycle of returning and exchanging their products because the items don’t fit well or the material is off. I wish they offer refunds rather than store credit.”

“Tobi is very hit or miss. I've found pieces that I love and pieces that I returned immediately. They need to expand the range of sizes available from just generic S/M/L and one length to actual sizes to fit more body types.”

“The fabric is lovely and the fit is nice but the dress has so weird quirks that seem like a result of cheap production that I didn't love, so I'm sending it back.”

“I ordered a few things but it took a really long time to get to me. One thing I got was super cute and fit great but the other was meh and then they sent me the wrong item so I have to return/exchange for the right one I ordered. Sizing can definitely be a bit off.”
