“I ordered two dresses, and one of the dresses I received was incorrect. I had to return the incorrect dress and then it took a week to ship the original dress when I was in a time crunch to find a dress. Now I am trying to get credit for that dress that I had to return and it has been well over the 14 business days they need to process the return.”
