Hi, I've ordered mobile phone for 330$, they said it'll be received within 10 days, it's already been 8 working days now but no tracking number provided, can't get in contact with them, already left an email waiting for response, the payment wasn't done by PayPal, so don't know what to do. Is there some one ordered through them, just wanted to know is this normal time it takes with them for delivery?

What's with this company? They claim to have a brand new Motorola Moto g7 Power 4gb/64gb with a 5000ma battery. As of today, March 4, 2019, Motorola is not yet even selling the g7 power model. Additionally, according to the Motorola.com website, the g7 Power only comes in 3gb/32gb (when it becomes available later this month).
