“The straps are not adjustable and the fabric is super flimsy. There are these unnecessary “pockets” for your boobs. They are really not made for people who have breasts. Not comfortable or flattering.”
“Good underwear, but I won't be purchasing from this site again now that I know TomboyX has mistreated their trans models and refused to acknowledge it and going as far to block one of said models on social media for addressing the mistreatment.”
“I have yet to receive my Items. My order was initially supposed to get in last week. I live in Fairbanks, AK. I saw that my package arrived in Anchorage, AK from Washington on the 7th and then for some reason went back to Washington?! Now my products are back in Washington with no estimation time on when they’ll get to me.”
“Ya'll use the slowest shipping possible. Taking almost 10 business days just to arrive 5hr distance. (I live in the same state.) Package would have arrived faster via donkey. Even when I didn't live in the same state, package took unnecessary days to arrive stopping in what seemed like every city in the state before arriving.”
“I absolutely hate the new straps on the bralette. I have been plus sized for my entire life and nothing is more embarrassing than old lady thick straps poking out of all the sleeveless sundresses I wear. What's worse, is there is no information on the site to show me that your treating the clothes I buy differently. The picture is one thing and the style that arrives is the worst modification of what I wanted ever. Why can't plus sized women buy things with normal straps? Why can't you show me that my size is made different so I can choose not to order?
There is no where to buy the bralette with thin straps, and it was what made your company stand out. I am so sad you removed the best part.
Braletteless,
Tiffani”
“Shipping is terrible, I honestly don't know why you ship with DHL. My last 2 purchases the shipping has taken longer than initially estimated. I should have the products I purchased before I get an email to write a review of said products.”
“The compression top just didn’t work for us. It was more of an expensive tank top/sports bra, as opposed to having any sort of compression qualities. Disappointed transgender teen over here.”
“These were my go to underwear for years but the last order I received was nothing at all like the quality from any previous orders. I doubt they'll last 6 months. The quality and construction is completely different but the price isn't. This will be my last order ever. Sad.”
“I was excited to get my new bra but upon receiving it I could not believe that it doesn’t have any support at all and the cup size for a 3x was so small.
I will not purchase again.”
“The fit is horrible. I wear a 33 and I bought a XL which is is for 39-40 range. And I could barley even fit in them. And I never got a response from the the support team. On there website I tried to even exchange or return they done provide return addresses nothing. I spent 25$ for a dish rag.”
“It seems I’m not the only one who’s provided this feedback. The leakproof boxers are very poorly made. I believe one review said, “they just sowed on a leakproof pad to their boxers”. I happen to agree with this. It’s clunky, uncomfortable and doesn’t provide front to back leakproof protection. People with periods deserve better and we expect that coming from a queer company. To improve the quality take the leakproof mid portion from Knix dream short, that has full coverage and incorporate it into the brief. Then you’d actually have a menstruation boxer. Such a disappointment.”
