“Was unable to obtain toner cartridge from local big chain stores, TLC had the toner in stock and I received the shipment the next day and at a fraction of the cost of the big chain stores. Will continue to place future orders thru TLC.”

“Excellent Customer Service. Placed our order on-line, received a confirmation same day, next day received notice product was preparing for shipment, same day later in afternoon received notice the toner had shipped, 3 days later the toner delivered - no charge for shipping. Just a quick and simple way to buy toner and I didn't have to leave my house driving all around town looking for best price. This is my 2nd order and I will continue to purchase from TLC going forward.”

“Wow! I am so impresses with TLC. I ordered a cartridge 2.5 months ago and just today got around to installing it. As it turned out, TLC sent me the wrong part. My thought was, "this was an on-line purchase two months ago I am out of luck." Nope! I called customer service and described the issue and a new cartridge is being sent out to me immediately. They even offered next day air at no charge, which I declined because I don't need it that urgently. I am super impressed with with how TLC responded and count me as a customer for life. Great job folks!”

“Could not be any happier with the "TLC" I received. I threw up in my mouth when I saw the price for my brother's laser printer toner refill on staples/office max/ amazon etc. More than 2.5x including shipping!!!! Not to mention, I paid for the cheapest shipping which said to expect receipt in 5 days. 2 business days later BAM toner . Love these guys”
