“Gave 5-star rating despite TLC rep "questioning" my ordering the E20 vice the E40 cartridge which resulted in a delivery delay. While there's something to be said for caring that the right item has been ordered, one shouldn't assume that the customer is ignorant when ordering especially when both cartridges are compatible with the PC920 copier. I ordered the lower-yield cartridge because my copy production is best suited for that cartridge. It's fortunate that I wasn't in a hurry to get the cartridge or I would have rated lower for misguided service. Once the item was shipped by TLC it did arrive earlier than promised. So far the cartridge works as expected; remains to be seen if output approximates 2,000 copies.”

“I purchased a toner cartridge for my Canon laser printer. I have purchased four other toner cartridges from TLC, brand name Hyperion, and they worked great! This time, the first cartridge shipped was from a company called Premium Compatible. The cartridge did not fit well, actually wobbled in the slot, did not connect, and did not have the same shapes on the cartridge itself. When I was able to get it to print, the paper was covered with black/grey ovals! I called TLC and the customer service agent immediately said that he would replace the unit. I asked for the Hyperion brand and he identified it from my prior purchases. The new cartridge arrived the next morning, AS PROMISED, and works great. I tell everyone about this company and its service!”
