“I placed the order over the phone on Monday and the cartridge arrived on Wednesday. Excellent. I used the phone because last year when I tried to order via computer I found it very confusing and gave up and finally used the phone. So went directly to the phone this time and that worked great.”

“What I was most happy with is the fact that I was advised that my order, which was placed on a Monday and would arrive no earlier than that Wednesday, was delivered on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved as we were nearly completely out of toner on Monday. Your compatible cartridge pricing is comparable to the other company we had been using. Therefore, as a result of the foregoing, I may start purchasing toner from your company rather than the previous one used. What would absolutely convince me to utilize your company is if discounts are offered.”
