About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

“It is very difficult to write a review for goods NOT yet received, I am very unhappy with the fact that the money has been taken from my bank but have still not received the item. I did get an email to advise that the order processing had been delayed but should expect item by 27/28 Nov, no further communication received about delivery of the iem”

“I ordered an item and the money was taken straight out my account. However a week later after being told it was not available it is going to be another 3-5 days for my refund. So nearly 2 weeks with nearly £100 of mine and no goods. Imagine if I was waiting for the refund to buy another gift!”

“Deeply disappointed to find ordered product was out of stock. My money had been taken and I was advised 3-5 days for refund. Product shouldn’t have been advertised if not available! I’m just hoping my refund has gone through or no Christmas present for my daughter!”

“Straighteners took a little longer to come because of the great price tag so they were selling fast , but when I phoned about it they were very helpful and explained that they would be a bit later getting to me. Great customer service .”

“Ordered two items from Toni and Guy only asked to review one, this one. Maybe it was because the other item (Conditioner) arrived with a cracked lid and spilled some of its contents in the box. On complaining the only response I get is we'll pass your comments on! Considering the price of the items I expected a better response.”
