About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

Sadly, realised my hair did not need this protein shampoo and conditioner. In fact my hair was in such bad condition because I HAD been using protein products. So, the Redken shampoo and Conditioner are sitting in a cupboard and have never been used!!

Disappointed that I ordered white, only to receive an email the next day to say they only had black in stock. I had to change my order to black or it would be cancelled. The black item arrived the following day, so prompt delivery.

Hi there - I didn’t buy the product you specified ......label.m heat protection spray 200ml (200ML). Can you confirm if you charged me for this because it wasn’t in my delivery.

I was really disappointed that the item sold did not come with the protective case shown in the photo. I chose Toni and Guy vs other suppliers due to this. May I request a gesture of compensation please.

Firstly, my parcel arrived on time and was well packaged. Thank you. This product was bought to replace my favourite Kerastase product: Oleo Relax Slim Leave-in Conditioner. I have very curly, dry and frizz prone hair. Although reasonable, it doesn’t come even close to the original product which was discontinued free years ago. I have now tried various similar and promising conditioners including Creme Magistrale. Original was full of mayoral oils, smelt divine and left my hair adequately weighted, protected from frizz and beautifully shiny. Cannot understand why Kerastase would discontinue a product which many women are longing for, right across the internet. Perhaps you will have some new suggestions for my hair?

The way you have described your hair type, I would suggest label.m Anti Frizz range which eliminates frizz and also keeps the hair feeling very nourished. Happy with product and delivery but website does not make it clear that the price is for a small tube of this shampoo and not the bottle which is shown in the picture, it also does not state you need to select the size so I was shocked when a tiny tube turned up. NOT AT ALL CLEAR!!!

I ordered two hair care products - one arrived with a damaged and cracked lid. The hassle of complaining meant that I didn't bother to return it but it was a little disappointing.

Products received in good order but box contained someone else’s invoice - for a different order. Presumably someone else got my invoice and name and address

Ordered Saturday Eve. Parcel arrived Wednesday which was lucky as was scoot to ring up to find out whether to order elsewhere, dispatch email finally arrived Thursday! I appreciate things aren't normal at the moment but think automated emails should still work!

Great website clear and lots of advice and information Great offers and easy to order I placed an order and had a confirmation email immediately But then did not have any information for four days I emailed care line and they answered immediately and confirmed my order was being processed it would be great if maybe we could like other websites be informed on a regular basis the progress on our order Still waiting for my products to arrive but I am sure I will be happy with my purchases
