“I didn’t receive what I ordered I’ve sent an email”

“Purchased a Stretchy belt installation tool number 7595...absolute rubbish. Came without any instructions, found them eventually on laser website. But it does not fit the belt onto the water pump pulley as described, have tried all different ways to no avail. Perhaps if there was a video showing how you are supposed to use this tool, this may help!”
