“I ordered a specific style of hammer that you advertised on your website and you sent me a completely different hammer style you never asked if it was acceptable and didn't answer my emails pointing that out so I don't think you have done very well and in my view your postage is too high Regards Steve Butcher”

“They charge a fortune for postage and advertise it as 'next day'... then it takes 3 days to arrive! £8 to post something small and light weight is ridiculous. I pay less to have 20kg of sugar delivered next day from other companies. Change your courier service”

“Order is now considerable over due, PO tracking is a complete waste of time it actually responds with "We make a report once we have attempted a delivery" What use is that.”

“Everything was excellent until delivery. I paid extra for 24hr delivery but unfortunately the Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office so it arrived 2 days late. The reason for the 2 stars is I've emailed the company twice now requesting a postage refund which I am entitled to and I've had no reply in almost a week.”
