“I'm a returning customer as I live in Bradford where I cannot find a local butcher who can give the cuts I need they don't butcher the English/Western way. Fair enough. I'm on a carnivore diet for my auto immune issues and need to eat steak as it cooks in moments rather than hours in a curry for example. I love Saffron Alley, so glad I found it. Simple Google search! Excellent quality of meat, assured that it's without injected hormones, obviously halal. Good price, value for money (steak boxes). Very well packaged individually and when delivered (free delivery) with ice packs and within the slot for delivery given. Timely delivery. Really good for freezing due to the vacuum packing, does not make a mess when defrosting with blood and well labelled. I'm so glad I found this company. Really suits my needs. JazakAllah Kairun :)”

“Ordered a variety and found the lamb shoulder meat juice and succulent. The small chicken was different but not sure if it was organic. Its nice to know its hormone free. I made good broth out of the beef bones too. Will be ordering again inshallah.”

“A really good service. The order is dropped off right at the front door, with plenty of ice packs. It's nice to have access to a halal butchers with such a variety of cuts. I searched my local area specifically looking for steak cuts and was unsuccessful. When I found Saffron Alley, it was such a relief. The Wagyu Denver Steak was amazing, it was like butter and absolutely delicious. The Angus steak cuts are also fantastic. The normal sirloin and rib-eye steak, however, did retain a lot of blood. Personally, I prefer minimum blood content, so I had to let them sit in salt water to remove the blood. But again, once you've had the wagyu Denver and the Angus cuts, there's no going back to the normal cuts. Good job guys, I'll definitely be ordering from you again.”
