“I have been using Safform Alleyy for sometime now, I am happy with the quality of the meat, but the delivery service is very bad, they do not knock on the door to deliver the parcel, I pay a high price for a Saturday delivery and the box gets left outside my door all the time.”

Dear Yasmina, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We're glad to hear that you find our meat quality to be good and fresh. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused due to delivery issues with DPD. Our delivery partner does send an email or messages advising the customers of the time slot of the delivery for the day. However, we take this as feedback and will be addressing this issue with the DPD team so they can learn from it and do better in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the parcel left at the door and the delivery personnels not knocking the door. I understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as planned.
