“Website is easily navigated. Range of products is impressive, particularly of cuts of meat that are not easily obtained in the "standard" halal butcher. We ordered a fresh turkey for a 23rd December delivery and true enough, it was delivered safely and well packaged. I'm hoping that specialty meat cuts and types are available in the fresh (not frozen) form all year round. I look forward to using Saffron Alley again in the future. That said, delivery costs are very high which is a bit off putting.”

“It was my first order with Saffron Alley and it won't be my last. The whole family enjoyed the turkey crown and commented how tasteful it was. Ordering was easy and delivery was on the day specified by myself.”

“We often buy from this shop as the meats we get are high quality. Only issue is they are a bit expensive. Similar quality of meat you can get from a very old West London Halal shop. But my preference is for this shop as overall experience is better and convenient. This Christmas we ordered from Safron Alley a Turkey for the day along with beef ribs and lamb. The turkey was huge and sadly did not have a giblet and neck with it. They give flavour to the roasting. I ordered in October and was delivered just on time on Dec- 22. So delivery wise it was perfect. Packaging was great. My family does not like turkey but we got from this shop was amazing. Every bit of it was consumed and they have now changed their mind on Turkey. I will buy it again. Please note that next time don't forget to pack the neck and giblet with the turkey.”

“Amazing meat!!! Tender, delivered with care and well priced! My turkey crown was demolished!!! My saddle of lamb was demolished!!! Empty serving dishes but full bellies, with a % of the meat donated as sadaqah !!! Will definitely be buying from Saffron Alley again!!”

“This is the second time I've used Saffron Alley. The turkey crowns I've received have been succulent and tasty. I'll be using Saffron Alley again this year. The reason I've given 4 stars is that the delivery wasn't in between the certain time frame I had asked for and nobody rang the doorbell to let me know it had been left on the doorstep. A picture of the delivery was sent by email but I didn't see it until 3 hours later.”
