“Good quality chicken, grass fed lamb and beef. I don’t buy meat/chicken etc. from anywhere but Saffron Alley now. Have noticed a huge difference in the quality of the meat. I noticed that when I was cooking chicken brought from my local butchers so much water used to come out of the chicken - not surprising if it’s been pumped full of water/hormones etc.”

“Sadly my last order was nor up to your normal excellence. For the first time both brisket items. Therolled tied briskett joint had a massive 230g chunk of fat. i I have not yet used the other peace of brisket whick also appears to fave a large section of fat. I have previously had quality meat and hope thi is a temoorary bleep.”
