Good quality chicken, grass fed lamb and beef. I don’t buy meat/chicken etc. from anywhere but Saffron Alley now.
Have noticed a huge difference in the quality of the meat.
I noticed that when I was cooking chicken brought from my local butchers so much water used to come out of the chicken - not surprising if it’s been pumped full of water/hormones etc.
