“ Our family reunion at unit 422 was over the top - an amazing home that suited the needs and desires of every age in our 3 generations! The kids swam, robustly played in the playroom, enjoyed cubbies of games, watched theatre movies, and slept delightfully in their themed bunks. The guys enjoyed the theatre and billiards while giving the moms time for chatting leisurely poolside. Evenings were special time for the adults in the hot tub under moonlight with wine and spirits. Each family was ideally accommodated with their own schedules and foods in the expansive kitchen - coffee bar running all day! The pit fire drew us all around it each evening, while the little ones enjoyed more pool fun with its sequenced colored underwater lighting. Adults played board games and Catch Phrase late night without disturbing the sleeping children. All were delightfully happy just staying in and never did we feel crowded as the home is so spacious with its open floor plan - every bedroom with its own large bath for privacy. The best vacation ever for all our crew! We promptly booked again with Top Villas for Summer 2019! On top of all this, the Top Villas staff was right there within minutes for anything we asked. Most excellent service and attention! ”

They were SUPER helpful in selecting the location and having the amenities we wanted; including arranging to have the pool heated and a BBQ delivered for use at the house. The location we rented was exactly as we saw in the photos and it was great. We will DEFINTELY use Top Villa's again but the next time we will look for a location that has no backyard neighbors. It was New years when we went and we have some very noisy party neighbors behind us who kept us awake most evenings until 1 and 2 am. :( This was not Top Villa's fault. Their service and support was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you for an amazing experience! ”
