“Ordered a 3D printer with huge sets of various filaments. Everything was delivered in time. One spool of filament was of different colour. Would rate 4 out of 5.”

“I bought a printer and filament, and they were delivered quickly. The only complaint is that UPS didn’t require a signature, but simply left the box outside. If it would have been stolen or damaged due to the rain, this review would have had a very different sentiment. I rate them B.”

“Satisfied with the result. There was a lot of back and forth at the beginning, trying to clarify if my selected choice would actually work for me. I know what’s best for us, so didn’t need to spend so much time there, otherwise would rate 5/5. The final stage was done perfectly.”

“They have a great blog with a lot of info and videos. I ordered Anycubic from them. Free shipping to my home address. Asked them several times about the delivery status, the reps seemed to be busy and provided me with a response only within several hours. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise everything is great.”

“I’ve been wanting to buy QIDI for a long time. Decided to go with top3d after my friend’s recommendation. I don’t have many complaints either: they explained everything and even sent me a video guide for cleaning the extruder when it got jammed. The only problem is that the delivery was delayed by two days. They said that the problem was with FedEx. Other than that, everything is good.”

“They made a mistake in the delivery address, taking the bill to address instead of the shipping address from the PO. It happens but far from everybody would admit so. Thanks for the quick response and free filament to compensate for the mistake. I will consider buying from you again.”

“Their support offered a lot of help with choosing an inexpensive 3D scanner for our school district. The packaging was good. No problems and nice people. The only caveat was that my workstation didn’t have an Nvidia graphics card, so at the moment I am using another PC.”

“Impressive number of products in the store. Not only printers and scanners, but also supplies. But it’s strange that they couldn’t answer some of my questions in the chat. I wanted to learn more about the differences of the Flashforge devices. Started looking elsewhere, but they followed up with a big detailed email, answering all my questions. That attentive approach won me back. The device is great, looks premium, amazing build and simple software.”

“The delivery was very slow, it took 5 days to get the tracking number. I was informed about potential delays in advance, but still 5 days is too long. Consider Amazon if you need the product asap.”

“Took 2 hours for them to respond about the status of my order. Before that they told me that it was processed. The store is great. The guys are pushing the technologies to the masses. Not always perfectly, but this bumpy road will be worth it.”
