I received my order #T127-669 on 5/7/2030. Unbox it today and noticed there is no shelf enclosed. There are the shelf holders, but no shelf. What should I do or who should I notify to get a shelf?

Hello, thanks for the question. It is easy to overlook the shelf because the table is shipped with the shelf attached to the very bottom of the table. It is necessary to turn the table completely upside down, and you will find the shelf there. Hope this helps!
