“I ordered a simulator Airplane toy, Tophatter said it was delivered 16th November, I have cctv and it was not delivered. I contacted Tophatter for a refund and they said I had to wait until after the delivery date which was 10 weeks ago. I will not be using Tophatter again.”
“Bad customer services i bid and won and paid as required for a remote controlled car that transforms to a robot i received a black and red plastic car that does nothing no remote control no transforms to a robot as per picture below requests to return for a refund im then asked to send it back tracked at a cost to me of £6.70 its been received back as per picture below and still no reply to many requests for refund its a complete rotten stinking company that takes your money sends you tat then ignores you the 1st item i won on 28th October still waiting on it being delivered and top hatter says they will refund 31st dec if they have had no info from seller DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!”
“If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered two items 13th October still waiting for them to arrive. They have told me one was delivered yesterday, that was after I queries where the items were, and the other one no reasons. I was at home all day yesterday, never went out, I have a camera on the house and no delivery was forthcoming.
Dont use this Company, I am very unhappy with them”
“After more then 60 day waiting nothing arrived yet and Tophatter promised that by 02:12/20. And by 93/12/2020 I will get refund if items did not arrive so I got nothing and the don’t reply back it’s look like at the beginning they’re nice and then you see the ugly side of Tophatter”
“A friend had told me about Tophatter and had nothing but good things to say. So I made several purchase from the site. I have yet to receive any of the items. One of my items was cancelled after waiting almost 6 weeks. I received a refund but not to my credit card that I paid with but as “site credit”. Basically means i have to purchase something else or kiss my money goodbye. I feel as though I’ve been duped, and I will continue to wait for items that will never arrive and money I can not use except on the site. If I haven’t received any of the items I’ve purchased previously, why would I want to buy more ?”
“I purchased an item that did not deliver although tracking said it had, when I contacted cust srvc, their response was sorry, tracking says it delivered, but check and file theft with U.S.P theft Dept. I have closed my account and advising all who will read my review, if it says your pkg delivered but you haven't received your package be prepared for TopHatters' Buyers Protection policy that only comes out when they are not going to reimburse you for your loss!”
“This a 90 sec auction site. Most of the product descriptions are iffy if not just downright deceptive. Alloy WallyE toy is nothing but plastic. Crystal ball that appears to be 5 - 6 inches in diameter is in accuality only 4-5 cm in diameter. Pic of an Ebay type Die-Cast Bumble Transformer - $30-$38 on Ebay - $8-$10 average bid price + shipping on Tophatter is a 4" cheap plastic hot wheel type . Stay away from these guys. Buyer/Bidder beware. Think I'm going to dispute 90 percent of the items purchased from his site.”
