“Mike and Dan at Ascot Drive store were brilliant. Again Dan the store Manager went above and beyond to help sort our tiles. He spent a long time showing us how they could work, and helped with great advice on how to lay them. Will always go there for what we need.”

“Hi Guys , so a year ago I come to York to work on a flood victims house, they under my recommendation went to Topps and a kind lady called Rebecca Brown helped them out massively and throughout the project supported me with what was asked, as when tiles come two packs broken but replaced tiles with ease, ordering more that I needed etc, he end results home owners where blown away, since then I've been going back with other little jobs and to say what a credit to the company Rebecca is, is a understatement, as she even went as far as leaving me a tile out as was stuck in traffic one night not just once but twice come to my rescue, She is a credit to the company and having staff like her and the rest of the team at Clifton Moor is the reasons why I return and take new customers to the stores whenever my work takes me to different areas in the UK as always I've found the staff ti be very friendly and always happy to help In and out of hours! “Excellent service from Ethan at Topps Tiles in Torquay. Very accommodating when we chose tiles and then changed our minds. Willingly helped us to choose again and knowledgeable about quantities required etc.”

“We cannot praise the staff at the Lowerstoft branch enough. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We have used them several times this year and we would not go anywhere else to buy tiles now. Today we went in to get cement and grout to use for the tiles we had bought earlier , we were unsure of what was best to use and Graham not only choose the perfect grout colour to go with our Victorian tiles but explained the best cement and amount and then carried it to the car even though we were more than happy to take it to the car ourselves( the staff always take everything to the car for you which is a nice touch )he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The prices are good too. We cannot praise the store enough.”

“I can’t praise the staff enough at Penzance Chy-An-Mor Longrock Cornwall.We chose some lovely tiles for our bathroom and Perrin very kindly worked out how many we would need.After some time we went back into order them,he served us again and placed our order in a very professional manner he knew exactly how long they would take to arrive at the store,and true to his word they came on the day he said they would.After checking them there was a few that had some damage which we took back for replacement,at this point I was served by Alex the Manager who was very apologetic as the boxes they had arrived in was very poor.perhaps the distribution centre could improve on this as there must be a lot of waste this way.My thanks go to Alex and Perran you really know how to run your store,Well done.”

“We had chosen the tiles we wanted for my kitchen whitch were at 60 pounds meter . Staff showed us a better one on offer at half the price”

“Fantastic service from the Topps Tiles team in Darlington especially Jon and Becca. Without their advice and help I wouldn't have felt able to do the tiling work. The black granite tiles I bought were also great and were delivered to store in two days.”

“Went into Topps Tiles in Peterborough (Fengate) to purchase some wall tiles for our kitchen, but also needed some tile trim. Rather than purchasing 2.5m of stainless steel trim when I only needed about 50cm, the guy very kindly offered me some offcuts they keep around the back from when they do tiling in the shop... best of all, no charge! Would definitely use them again, very helpful and a good range of products.”

“I was able to order tiles in Brentwood for collection in Derby. Unfortunately the order was delayed into store for some reason but the Derby staff went all out to sort another delivery - this time directly to my home and the products arrived at 8:45 the next morning. They stayed late to help me, emailing me way after 6pm to ensure that the payment was processed - despite some 'computer says no' problems - so that the delivery could happen. Very impressed with Paige and other team members in Derby's Meteor Store.”
