Misdiagnosed a quite common and obvious issue (herniated disc) and did not give the right exercises. Although some exercises were right, the instructions on them were virtually non-existent. Luckily when I was assessed by a more competent physiotherapist, a proper recovery routine was established. Furthermore, when requesting the description of my diagnosis (to make a further assessment for other doctors easier, in another place) I got no reply to my email (for about a month). From the positives, the physio was friendly with good social skills. Footnote: I obviously cannot speak for all the professionals working for this company, however, this was my personal experience with Kati.

Rushed in and out. No proper examination. Covid standards not adhered to. Do not recommend.

I booked online with the osteopath Director, Ben who i thought would be the most experienced and provide the best service. He was 15 mins late for the appointment so sat in waiting room whilst 4 clients passed through (during covid) A 45 min appointment 20 mins checking me over, 5 min neck rub. 20 mins to discuss a treatment plan. At which point he moved me to a physio less experienced. I advised i didn't want a physio to which i was told they can do everything i can do. I felt really uncomfortable as this is not what i wanted. I wanted an experienced osteopath. Hence i booked with Ben. I paid £50 for that, have since canceled the appointments he made me and I've asked for a refund, which they won't give. Going to report to the regulatory board.

After visiting for a problem with my knee, on my second visit, the physiotherapist, without my consent or warning of what was involved, decided to 'correct my posture'. I was unaware there was anything wrong with my posture. The treatment was sudden and harsh and now I am in agony, unable to stand or walk more than a few minutes without clutching hold of any stable surface for support. I never had any back pain at all before this and now I am in serious difficulty and discomfort. I have spoken with my GP who was horrified at learning what had taken place and has given me a long course of tablets along with some specific exercises to help undo the damage inflicted on me.

Very unprofessional arrangements at the Castle Park clinic in Cambridge. When I arrived, the reception staff did not have any mechanism for contacting the therapist and could not even tell me if the therapist was in the building. 40 minutes and 2 calls to the central team later, the therapist finally appeared. She seemed seemed stressed out and disorganised and she was not familiar with the building. Halfway through the appointment, someone else let themselves into the room. Then a group of people came into an adjoining room and had a very rowdy conversation that sounded like it was in the same room. Completely unprofessional - particularly when providing treatment that is meant to reduce stress and anxiety.

IN my opinion The person i see attitude was wrong and slightly aggressive.which straight away put my back up I asked this person three time if they would like me to remove my shirt to get a clear view of my problem I was told No I was examined on the table and this person push there thumb into my lover back causing me great pain even thought i had told them that i had a lot of damage to my lower back I informed this person that they were hurting me and there answer was to push down softly on my other side of my back saying i,m only pushing this hard. The diagnosis was the problem was all to do with my posture and when i asked any question i was told you have to pay me for that information Two days later i went to see another physio who diagnosed Four reason why i was have problem with my shoulder Not just one.I know you wont publish this review as you probably don,t like negative feed back
