“Totally agree with all shaming reviews on here. This company is literally a joke. No reply to emails, no reply to Instagram, how can they still be in business??? They take payment immediately and then do absolutely nothing. Thanks to Tower London for causing extra stress at Christmas. Total joke.”

“Do not use. Ordered shoes in November 3-5 days delivery. 19th December still not dispatched and just generic reply’s to emails that they never reply to. Go elsewhere.”

“Shocking customer service. 21 days and still waiting for correct shoes. No answer on phone ever and they don't reply to mails. Will be seeking legal action about 30days. AVOID!”

“Was sent the wrong style of shoe in the wrong size. I also resent having to pay using Moona. I'm dreading the process of returning the wrong shoes, based on other reviews of their customer service.”

“Ordered online - 3-5 days deliver. 8 days later no communication, nothing. Chased up on the chat and told still awaiting the warehouse to dispatch. I will be contacted when this happens. Asked when and they have no idea. Thought I better read the latests reviews and have now asked Mastercard to refund me as these guys are just SCAMMERS. Don't shop here - these is not a professional company with poor customer service. DO read the other reviews though as it makes for very interesting reading.”

“Mir ging es wie vielen Käufern auch. Ich bestellte Schuhe der Marke Doc Martens, die nach Anprobe zu klein waren. Tower London wirbt mit kostenloser Rücksendung. Über deren Homepage war es absolut nicht möglich, ein Rücksende-Etikett zu drucken. Da ich in Deutschland lebe, schickte ich die Schuhe mit DHL an das deutsche Lager von Tower London. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen habe ich weder eine Bestätigung bekommen, dass die Lieferung angekommen ist, noch eine Rückzahlung des Kaufbetrages erhalten. Auf meine Anfragen per Email wurde mir versprochen, sich innerhalb von 10 bis 14 Tagen um meine Angelegenheit zu kümmern. Dies ist niemals erfolgt. Die letzte Antwort von Tower London war, dass ich bei DHL eine Anfrage starten soll, wo meine Warensendung verblieben ist. Meiner Meinung nach hat mich Tower London um 140 € betrogen. Ich kann allen nur ganz dringend empfehlen, dort keine Produkte zu kaufen. Das Geld seht ihr bei Rücksendung der Ware niemals wieder! Kauft da bloß nicht!”

“Unable to leave a zero star review. Slippers for a present were too small and I've sent countless emails and contact form messages requesting return process and they just don't bother replying. They'll take your money happily but don't expect it back.”

“Unable to give 0 star. This is NOT a reputable business. Recently purchased black Birkinstock slippers. On opening the package the box was worn and on opening the box, to my disgust it was IMMIDATELY NOTICED that these were not new, they appeared to have been worn. They were immediately placed back into the box and returned via Royal Mail at my earliest convenience 3 days later for a refund. I have received an email from Tower today stating they are unable to accept the return because the slippers were worn! The slippers did not touch my floor as a matter of fact they were purchased for someone who wears a bigger size than I do. Tower has operated with dishonour and a notable lack of integrity. I am prepared to take this matter to Trading Standards and beyond if this is not rectified as a matter of urgency. My hard earned money will NOT be wasted on items which have not met the expectation of the contract!!! This is my 1st purchase and experience with Tower and certainly my Last!Be VERY AWARE of the operations of this company before purchasing in goodwill.”

“Don’t expect a refund... l returned some Barbour wellingtons as too small used their returns tracked label and post office receipt plus the Royal Mail delivered app and told by customer service should get my refund within 7-10 working days.. Three e mails to customer service later and 15 days after the app showing they had been delivered still no refund.. so l expect like most of the reviews on here l will have to fight for my £42.00 refund So others beware”

“Extremely unhappy with the quality of shoe and even more unhappy with the customer service. I recently ordered converse white leather high top shoes, I loved these shoes when I first bought them but within a matter of 5 wears the sole lining the sides of the shoe almost entirely peeled away from the shoe itself, I’ve never experienced this issue with converse before, after years of wear, leaving me to believe they must be counterfeit. When I attempted to discuss a refund or a replacement in the instance of a faulty pair I heard nothing back. I have attempted contact 3 times since and have received nothing back, unbelievably they claim to respond within 24 hours!! Poor quality, appalling service... no service at all!”

“SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY AT TOWER LONDON!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! I bought shoes, which I had to send back. 2 month later they wrote me they didn't arrive. At this time I throwed the tracking-ID already in the bin, because I thought everything is fine. Who thought that after 2 month something went wrong. Then writing, calling, whatever. I did everything to solve the problem. But they let me alone with this and told me that they don't have any tracking ID. The shop who created a return label for me. Sure. I talked with DHL and they told me that tower london should have the tracking ID. Because they send the label to me. So at the end. I have to pay 151 Euro for shoes I don't have and the support left me alone with the problem. So if you don't wanna burn your money. Don't buy there. THEY SCAM YOU!!!!!!”

“Tried shoes on at home but they were too tight and I wouldn’t have been able to walk outside in them! Returned them, only for them to decline my return saying they were worn!! AVOID this company!! I certainly won’t be using them again and shall advise friends to avoid also!!”

“I bought these vans for my daughter going back to school after lockdown. She is only in school one day a week which means she has worn these twice and the vans sign from the back is nearly off already wouldn’t recommend at all.”

“Forced to make a county court claim against them, as they refused to acknowledge receipt of the goods despite full tracking and confirmation. Kept emailing them and only getting excuses in return. Item returned in January 2021 still no refund. AVOID this company unless you want a load of hassle.”
