"Bought this fila women trainers, arrived almost next day , in size a bit smaller but wouldn\u2019t complain, but the quality it extremely bad , you can all the ugly glue around the sole , it doesn\u2019t look genuine trainers , I have original Fila the same trainers but in white colour and I compared there is a massive difference. "SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY AT TOWER LONDON!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!\n\nI bought shoes, which I had to send back. 2 month later they wrote me they didn't arrive. At this time I throwed the tracking-ID already in the bin, because I thought everything is fine. Who thought that after 2 month something went wrong.\n\nThen writing, calling, whatever. I did everything to solve the problem. But they let me alone with this and told me that they don't have any tracking ID. The shop who created a return label for me. Sure.\n\nI talked with DHL and they told me that tower london should have the tracking ID. Because they send the label to me.\n\nSo at the end. I have to pay 151 Euro for shoes I don't have and the support left me alone with the problem. So if you don't wanna burn your money. Don't buy there. THEY SCAM YOU!!!!!!"
