“I ordered a case for my daughters birthday and was very diappointed when it arrived. The picture was lovely and exactly how I had designed t but the case itself was a cheap tacky piece of plastic that arrives in a bit of bubble wrap and a cardboard box. This was very disappointing after paying £28.99 for the case, definitely not worth the money.”

“I ordered a makeup bag for my granddaughter on 8th December, the money was taken out of my account almost immediately. After complaining that I hadn't received the order by Monday 19th I received it on Friday 22nd. I was very disappointed with the quality considering how much the item cost and even more disappointed that it cost £4.98 to have an item of 1.3 ounces sent to me.”

“I ordered a tote bag and make up bag for my daughter, the print was as expected but the quality of the bags are really poor, both items are over priced and I should have paid half of what I have paid. I won't be ordering again.”

“Ordered a ClaireaBella lunch box for my daughter, turns out to be a basic box which I could have purchased locally for £6, meaning I effectively paid £14 for a personalized sticker, which will wear off the first time it's washed. Not impressed.....”

“Ordered a phone cover not impressed when it turned up as it was def not worth £25 wouldn't order again. I expect the cover to be glittery or Jewelled for price and the pic and name was off centre”

“Loved my bag for just over twelve months only using it three days a week to carry my lunch. Unfortunately two of the corners are now frayed with holes so the quality not as good as I expected it to last a lot longer big shame as I really love it but wouldn't order another sorry”

“I previously ordered 2 Clairabella Bags and was delighted with them - one for me and one for a friend. Thy have lasted well and I have also just ordered my third which I am awaiting delivery on. I also ordered a make up bag and have just received it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement - £15 and the quality is terrible. The make up bag itself is tiny and I doubt I will fit much in it. It is made from very cheap, thin material and is not very sturdy at all. I would not buy this product again.”

“Order process was fun and the product looked good however when it arrived I was really disappointed with the quality - the zip is the cheapest zip I've ever seen - it should have something special about it and I've never owned a make up bag with no lining! And the exposed lining is white! For a make up bag! Would be much better with a nice lining or black as the inside colour. Doesn't look worth the money I'm afraid to say.”

“Just received my order of three make up bags and I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality of this item for the cost. Item Is a christmas gift and took over seventeen days to arrive for such rubbish. Will never buy again and will make friends aware of the poor service and quality.”

Dear Amanda Thank you for the review and I am sorry you are not happy with the Claireabella Make Up Bags that you have received. We clearly state that they take up to 10 working days to be produced as they are personalised and then hand stitched. Personalised items will take longer to produce than off the shelf items especially during busier times of the year. We feel that we provide an accurate description of the Make Up bags on our website and the technical details does state the material the product is made from as well as other useful pieces of information about the product.
