“Clairabella bags are fab. Easy to order, my only issue would be on paying, I have only paid by paypal which is an easy, my issue is you then need to confirm with Toxic Fox, but to confirm you need to scroll down what seems miles, it would be better if the confirmation was at the top next to the order”

Thanks for the feedback. We have received a lot of customer comments saying that our PayPal checkout process is not the most user friendly. Therefore we are currently redesigning the page to move the tick box to above the terms and conditions under the total cost of the order. We will be also look to replacing the full T&C's with either a condensed version or a hyperlink to our website. Once this is initiated it will improve the check out for our customers. “First class service. This is the 4th time I have ordered. The product is great. Could do with more options eg for hair colour brown/blonde but appreciate this might affect the price. Will definitely use again”

“I bought myself a Clairabella bag from Toxic Fox 2 years ago, and my little cousin loved it so much, I've now bought her one, along with a second for myself. And given my mum's constant cooing, I suspect there'll be another soon... The service is simple, effective and fast - in each case where I've bought goods, they've arrived in perfect condition, ahead of schedule.”
