After you buy the product and try to activate it they remove ALL options to create a monthly service plan. They push you down a route that includes 2 years subscription payable at once with insurance included. You have to remove the insurance and change the time plan but it's not possible to pay for less than a year in advance. The support staff (Sophie in my case) then continue to claim its possible and outline a convoluted route that doesn't work!
