“A seriously dishonest and corrupt operator. They sell the product on the basis you can have a monthly subscription which you can cancel and restart at will. After you buy the product and try to activate it they remove ALL options to create a monthly service plan. They push you down a route that includes 2 years subscription payable at once with insurance included. You have to remove the insurance and change the time plan but it's not possible to pay for less than a year in advance. The support staff (Sophie in my case) then continue to claim its possible and outline a convoluted route that doesn't work! The more you question it and the more you try to sign up for a monthly subscription the more you see the cover-up they have attempted. Sophie recommended selecting basic, then advanced, then proceed with basic (after yet another prompt to go premium) then the button to proceed is deliberately broken so you cannot. Quite unbelievable. They then tried to buy me off with a free month. Go another route and avoid these bandits.”
