“We’ve made multiple purchases and found phone service personnel able to help and get to orders with out a problem. They have been exceptionally quick in refunding the amounts once product has been returned. Last week it took one day! The products are well priced however product knowledge could use improvement.”

Cannot get hold of courier company as fliway couriers company not answering phones for days as closed for Christmas on the 21st 22nd and 23rd.Rung for support from trade tested to basically get oh we cannot get hold of them either sorry we cannot give you an answer either. 10days to get across Auckland. Just received a package form DHL 24hours form Australia on the 23rd of December now that is what a good business is. JUST REFUND ME NEVER YOU FIND YOUR PRODUCT WITH FLIWAYS THEN.”
