“Hopeless company- 10days and still no show. product with courier company for 2 days with no movement. Cannot get hold of courier company as fliway couriers company not answering phones for days as closed for Christmas on the 21st 22nd and 23rd.Rung for support from trade tested to basically get oh we cannot get hold of them either sorry we cannot give you an answer either. 10days to get across Auckland. Just received a package form DHL 24hours form Australia on the 23rd of December now that is what a good business is. JUST REFUND ME NEVER YOU FIND YOUR PRODUCT WITH FLIWAYS THEN.”

“Their HelpDesk is so totally hopeless. I am trying to buy something - still waiting for a response to my questions since 17th November (3 & 1/2 weeks ago) and 2nd December (11 days ago) Even the IRD are better than this!”
