“I invested £500 in July 2020. After 1 month my tradixa account was showing £914. It was Tradixa who was trading for me. Since October 2020, they stopped all activities for me and I was surprised. I got the idea to request £500 so that I can pay back to the bank the money that I had used to invest. Despite that I received a message to acknowledge that they had received my withdrawal request and promised that they were going to send the money in less than 5 days, but they never did it despite my many reminders. Instead they keep take money from my tradixa account (I don't know why) and now I can see there is not more than £300.”
