“Service from Trailers R Us was fine, quick and speedy. Unfortunately the hubs I purchased are fitted with junk Chinese bearings so I'm expecting to replace them in quick time. Delivery was extremely slow due Aramex holding the parcel at their depot for a week before delivery. Aramex where parcels go to die.”

“Have purchased items before and found them prompt and helpful. Recent purchase was same. Item much cheaper and of high quality comparable to say supercheap. In fact the bearing kit comprised both sides with quality Japanese bearings and was half cost of supercheap AND included tub of Timken grease!”

“Ordered 9 x 3m trailer skids, arrived quickly to a isolated area of Oz and the product seems to be of high quality. Was rolled quite tight to fit in the package which may add some extra fixings to fit ibut I’ll manage. I would definitely use this supplier again”

“I made mistake of ordering just one D Bolt to go with Jockey Wheel. Should have got two. Commonly these are sold in pairs, so perhaps someone could have checked with me. Anyway happy with product and speed of delivery.”

“No complaints, the item was delivered as per the emailed updates. Impressed with the service. To improve delivery times, suggest the "mail to:" address area should be a lot more obvious as it appears the package was lost in the postal system.”
