Hi Neil, we are very sorry to hear you are disappointed with the parts you received. You ordered a set of L4464310HCH bearings which are in fact the Chinese HCH brand bearings, is there any reason you believed these were Timken brand? The listing does state they are HCH brand and even explains a little bit about the HCH factory, but we would appreciate any feedback about our listing to avoid this kind of confusion happening in future. Thank you for your feedback

“While you sent out my order in a timely manner, I had asked you to cancel one of the orders because I accidentally put it down as in store pickup. I asked you to cance that one and immediately made a second order but you instead sent me both items so now I have one I don't need.”
