“The service was very efficient and easy to process and the goods were as ordered. The courier group that you use (Aramex couriers) are pathetic, not only did they deliver the goods to the wrong house, it was also in the wrong street, so after some lengthy enquiries, I had to then go to North Lakes to retrieve the goods. If I purchased any further goods from your company I would not accept any delivery using Aramex. As customer service also includes the delivery process, I have to give it a low rating, as the courier service let you down badly.”
