“It would be beneficial to retired persons with almost any midweek day free, if say a return ticket could be easily located on a website. e.g. York to London or York to Edinburgh for a bargain price.

“You are no cheaper than british rail I have just checked fare to go from chester to barrow in furness and your site is giving me the same price as british rail what happened to cheaper fares for booking in advance yet I can go from manchester to london for £12 so no you are not cheaper at all very disappointed customer.”
“There is a number to call but when you call it from the US, you get a message that says it does not accept calls from this area. AND there is no email address that you can contact. My flight was cancelled and I had to cancel and reschedule all my bookings for the next 2 days. I paid a lot of money for a first class Scot Rail ticket but when you call them, they say: sorry, you booked through a 3rd party and we cannot help you: onder if I will ever see the money.”

“I tried to get a train journey leaving Perth on14th,15th 16th or 17th Feb and leaving after 10am, and travelling to Haddenham & Thame Parkway with up to 2 change of trains and at a price cheaper than an air fare for roughly the same journey, and Trainfairs were absolutely useless and could suggert nothing.
