Dear David, We are sorry to hear that you have not received the sample you requested. We use Royal Mail 1st class service for sample deliveries to provide the fastest delivery for our customers. Your sample was dispatched on the same day you made the request but it is obvious a problem occurred on the way and you have not received the sample. We have dispatched another sample box for your enquiry. The sample box should be delivered within 2 days. We would like to thank you for informing us about the matter and giving us an opportunity to know the areas we need to improve to be able to provide a better service to our valued customers. “Ordered a couple of samples and they both arrived damaged. One was cracked in half the other had a dent to the corner. Unlikely to order the full tiles from this company as either the marble they sell is not as resilient as that ordered from other companies or their packaging and shipping processes are not good enough. I'm not willing to risk an entire shipment of tiles on it.”

Your feedback is crucially important to us to improve our standards as we strive to succeed 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we have limited control over the sample deliveries as we use Royal Mail 1st class services for sample deliveries. On the other side, we use palletized delivery methods for all our purchase orders in order to be able to deliver all goods in good sound condition. “I ordered tiles a box was the wrong tiles. I phone and told you and sent pictures as I was not belived. These were returned last Monday. I email on Wednesday ask when I would get a refund for the box of tiles. So far no reply”

Due to high volume of operation we weren’t able to respond your refund requirement on the date but I am delightful that we provided a back collection and refunded your payment within 2 weeks time.
