“Delivery was absolutely brilliant. Arrived the next day, earlier than expected. Easy to fit except I did get it bak to front to start with. Instructions might have been a little clearer. Really pleased with the product which is robust and well made and fits my Subaru Forester perfectly. Highly recommended and well worth the outlay.”

“Good construction and very sturdy but I cannot get it to fit adequately in my Rav4. So much for 15 minute fitting time, I've now been trying for almost 3 hours and all I've had is frustration and a rip in my leather upholstery from one of the poles. To be honest a complete waste of £123 and incredibly disappointed! I wouldn't recommend for a Rav4 - go to Toyota instead (an expensive lesson learnt!)”

“Paid £22 instead of £7 so it would be delivered on saturday and never recieved. Tried ringing travall but there not open on a weekend. Sent an email and no reply as of yet but an email asking to review them”

“I am very happy with your product, albeit not the way it was delivered. I paid extra to have it delivered the next day before 12 Pm Upon tracking I noticed possible delays. Updated overnight to say it would be delivered before 12 on the 19th. Waited in until after 12. still nothing. Went into the lounge pm and found the box leaning against my French Doors in my back garden.. There was nothing through my front letterbox to tell me that it had been delivered, or when. It was only by luck that I spotted it. I was in all day and I can assure you that if the delivery driver had knocked on the front door my dog would have greeted him by barking. I f I am to accept the delay the day before due to the time of the year, I am disappointed with the fact that it was just left in the rear garden without any notification whatsoever.. “The boot mat I wanted for my Mk 6 Golf was initially out of stock and I ordered one as soon as Travall emailed to say they were back in. The mat arrived very quickly by courier a couple of days later. It is a perfect fit, is very well made and looks as if it will outlast the car.”

“It would have been useful to have had a place to give comments on delivery. Driver could not find our house and this caused a delay of 3 days. Item satisfactory when it eventually arrived.”

“Received email telling me delivery would be 20th November,today is 24th still no goods, no explanation no apology very very poor service, and you have taken my £107!!”

“Swift delivery as with my previous dog guard. Product seems well constructed, but really struggled fitting this one! Would almost say it doesn't fit properly, as I had to force it to get it to fit. Also disappointed the load cover attached to the back seat had to be removed and does not fit with this dog guard. It does not state when buying, that the load cover will not fit when the dog guard is in place!”

“I have ordered Travall Boot Mat Liner TBM1028 for Volvo XC70 2014 model year. Unfortunately it does not suit. The door does not close. I will have to return the boot mat.”

“I was expecting delivery today (12 Nov) but nothing arrived. Totally unreasonable to expect someone to be available to sign for delivery indefinitely. No option to deliver without signature. No explanation of why delay to delivery.”

“Very pleased with the the dog guard but I also paid extra for next day delivery - ordered on the Monday and it didn't arrive until Thursday afternoon!”

“Although the standard of construction of this dog guard for my freelander is very good, I found the fittings and fixtures to be of poor measurment and not of the correct dimensions to allow correct fitment of the guard. This meant that I could not fit the guard the correct way, relying on partial fitment and securing of the guard. Also, the delivery was a day late, which was an inconvenience to say the least. Not what I would expect for a product which costs in excess of £100. It goes without saying that I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and will not be recommending them to any of my friends.”

“Good sturdy design. I am a little disappointed that I am unable to use my parcel shelf (Ford Fusion) and the clamp arrangement when fully tightened still allows the guard to move slightly. This can make a noise when travelling over rough ground.”
