“The dog guard is well made and has a good quality feel and professional look to it. Unfortunately it takes a while to get the fixing of the unit correct and if you put the seats down the guard practically falls down or swings about resulting in you having to remove it. If a long item is placed in the boot you will have to remove the dog guard to prevent it from falling down. I am going to send it back unless they have a better fitting kit enabling the dog guard to remain in place with the seats down.”

“The dog guard - now that it has finally arrived - is fine. Good quality and perfect fit for my new car. However, despite my being promised the dog guard would arrive within 1-2 working days, it took a week to arrive. This was hugely inconvenient as I could not leave my dog unattended in the car (unless I wanted short white hairs everywhere). When contacted about the non-arrival, Travall did contact UPS and did promise me a refund of postage money immediately...it has yet to appear in my bank account. I'm disappointed.”

“The dog cage for my Merc ML270 was Far too small for my dog, it looked bigger on the web site. Also, as I took some shape bends (not fast as it is a 4x4) the cage totally rolled over in the boot and my dog was not only squashed in the cage but he was in total panic, due to the cage rolling onto it's top. I got out straight away, got him out of the cage and let go on the back seats! Humph! :(”

“Hi badly fitting parts for car dog guard,the legs are an interferance fit into guard guard not what you expect from an expensive product.I do not recommend this product.”

“Wouldn't recommend for a rav4. my friend recommended travall as he has one for his passat which is solid. I have a 2011 rav4 and the dog guard just isn't quite wide enough...it doesn't sit flush into the window recesses and took several attempts to get it to remain steady and not fall on my dogs. definitely took alot longer than 15 mins to fit, more like 2 hours in total and additional spanners and socket sets.”

“The instructions were just about as bad as they could be. also it was impossible to tighten a particular screw due to the way the unit was constructed. It is fitted but only because we made the best of a bad job.”

“Good construction and very sturdy but I cannot get it to fit adequately in my Rav4. So much for 15 minute fitting time, I've now been trying for almost 3 hours and all I've had is frustration and a rip in my leather upholstery from one of the poles. To be honest a complete waste of £123 and incredibly disappointed! I wouldn't recommend for a Rav4 - go to Toyota instead (an expensive lesson learnt!)”

“I am very happy with your product, albeit not the way it was delivered. I paid extra to have it delivered the next day before 12 Pm Upon tracking I noticed possible delays. Updated overnight to say it would be delivered before 12 on the 19th. Waited in until after 12. still nothing. Went into the lounge pm and found the box leaning against my French Doors in my back garden.. There was nothing through my front letterbox to tell me that it had been delivered, or when. It was only by luck that I spotted it. I was in all day and I can assure you that if the delivery driver had knocked on the front door my dog would have greeted him by barking. I f I am to accept the delay the day before due to the time of the year, I am disappointed with the fact that it was just left in the rear garden without any notification whatsoever.. “I have ordered Travall Boot Mat Liner TBM1028 for Volvo XC70 2014 model year. Unfortunately it does not suit. The door does not close. I will have to return the boot mat.”

“I was expecting delivery today (12 Nov) but nothing arrived. Totally unreasonable to expect someone to be available to sign for delivery indefinitely. No option to deliver without signature. No explanation of why delay to delivery.”

“Although the standard of construction of this dog guard for my freelander is very good, I found the fittings and fixtures to be of poor measurment and not of the correct dimensions to allow correct fitment of the guard. This meant that I could not fit the guard the correct way, relying on partial fitment and securing of the guard. Also, the delivery was a day late, which was an inconvenience to say the least. Not what I would expect for a product which costs in excess of £100. It goes without saying that I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and will not be recommending them to any of my friends.”

“When I telephoned regarding this order to check if the dog guard would actually fit my model of vehicle I was told that "you didn't know" & I should look at the pictures on your website. I had already done this and was reasonably satisfied that I was ordering the right guard, I just wanted confirmation. I asked if it was the wrong one could I return it and was told yes. I ordered the guard online on Tuesday 27 August with expected delivery next day. It did not arrived Wednesday so I waited til Thursday and it still did not arrive after I had waited in for 2 days. It still had not arriveded by 2.30pm on Friday 30 August so I checked the parcel tracking system and it said "delivered 29 August and signed for by Cardy". I immediately got on to your office and asked what was going on they checked and said the package had been left with a neighbour as we weren't in 1. I do not have any neighbours called Cardy and (2) I was in all day on the 29th. The parcel was , supposedly, being put back on the van on Friday. Your office seemed to be unable to help me further so I called UK Mail direct (Ipswich office) on Friday afternoon when the package had still not arrived. They said that it had not been left with a neighbour but no one was in I asked why their tracking record said it was left and they couldn't answer me. They said it would not be delivered until Monday because they didn' work weekends I asked why they hadn't delivered it Friday and they said they did but no one was in!! This is absolute rubbish I was in all day Wednesday Thursday and Friday and NOTHING had been delivered nor had a received any phone calls. Monday morning I looked again on the tracking and the reports had been changed for the 29 it said couldn't find the address and for the 30 it said card left no one home - again complete rubbish I was here all day and NO card was left. I phoned UK Mail and they gave me the above two excuses and assured me that it would be here today 2 Sept. Eureka it arrived at 2.35 this afternoon no apology no explanation. I'm sorry that my first experience of buying from you has been a disaster and that, unfortunately,it has left me with the opinion that I will not be ordering from your company again.”

“disappointed with the fit of both the boot liner and the dog guard I think the boot dimensions may have changed since you took your original measurements one window ledge is a different shape to the other requiring a 5mm longer hook”
