“Just recently became a travel advisor and started using Travefy. I also took a trip to Thailand with a group for my birthday and we used the app to view all aspects of the trip and I’m sold! It’s a great product. I only wish there were some more customization options on the pdf version. Otherwise, love it and will continue to use it for my clients (and myself)!”

“Travefy is extremely easy to use to create beautiful custom itineraries for clients. All of my clients have raved about the easy to use app. Not only does it present them with a beautiful itinerary, I am able to upload all of their documents including insurance policies so that they have everything at their fingertips in one easy to use app. I am a little "techno challenged" and even I was able to navigate Travefy quite easily. The fact that they offer one on one help and the ability to create a website and offer domain masking is a HUGE bonus. So worth the money!”

“This is nearly a great package, but lack of email integration lets it down. Proposal production is good, but not as good as others on the market. That said, once proposal is finished and converted into itinerary then it becomes an excellent customer management tool - with the itinerary published by app. The package is easy to set up and I transferred my customer records reasonably easily. Travefy's assistance in setting everything up is superb and support is very good with quick responses to issues requiring support.”

“Travefy moved this 34 year old agency into the 21st century. The transition was easy, and most importantly the support team is there within minutes to answer your question. The one-on-one meetings gave me my own private trainer to help me with things like forms and how to move services around with ease. I can't say enough good things about Travefy.”

“I expect to give Travefy 5 stars after using it longer- I have been using the itinerary builder for several clients and finding it fairly user friendly. My clients appreciate the professional look I have to my documents and proposals. And I feel good about the delivery and presentation of them as well. Other features I have used with great satisfaction- the integration of certain vendors, suppliers, cruiselines and airlines making the itinerary building much quicker. - the ability to send forms and request approval - the webinars and one-on-one trainings available.”

“While the travel business work is new to me, travel and business are not. In my previous work as a consultant, CRM's, platforms and other online portals to store data, share with clients and keep track of daily work is critical. Travefy has provided me with the tools I need to create and store information and itineraries for clients, keep track of my work and even a client facing app to share their day to day activities, lodging and other information.”

“I have not been very successful using this service. I have not found support to be very available and supportive. I am not happy and doubt that I would renew.”

“I would like to see further improvements on editing the proposal, especially how it looks printed or on pdf. It is not perfect how it cuts pages. Also, text editing should be more professional. CRM has not changed anything, and added forms should be seen by the itinerary, and not five clicks away. Rate is too high though for a starter agent and not everyone can pay a whole year in advance. Thanks for doing all the job.”
