“I have only had Travefy for a short time, but I am loving it! It is easy to use and itineraries look great presented to the clients. The app feature is a nice added touch for clients. I recently went on a trip myself and made an itinerary for my family to test this feature and I love it. I was able to have all of the working pieces, plus confirmation numbers, directions, flight numbers and so much more all in one place. I had several flight delays and it even updated & notified me of those as well. Another great feature at no extra cost is you can create a website and/or make promotionals/features. Rather than having an additional cost for another site to host my website I changed to Travefy. Very easy to create. Last but not least, I can not stress enough how AMAZING the CUSTOMER SERVICE is! I have not found this anywhere else. I had someone reach out to me to ask how things were going before I even reached out to them with a question that had just come up. It's like they were reading my mind. Ha! Ha! They also have tutorial videos for different topics and also allow you to set up a 1:1 which I did to have someone help me with switching my website domain info. which made it so easy for a non-techy person like me. If you are looking between Travefy and somewhere else, you can not go wrong with Travefy. Travefy has so much to make a travel agents life easier.”
