Travefy is a helpful tool for planning one or two trips a month. Sadly, its' capacity is limited for higher volume and custom trip planning as our agency requires. Support is only available through email or chat feature which becomes frustration with back and forth and much repetition rather than a quick live conversation to resolve the issue. Issues we experienced are the result of their integrations which are inconsistent and out of their control. Thus a lot of communication with no resolution. However, the Viator integration has never failed and the reason for the favorable three stars. Congratulations on your alignment with a solid partner in Viator!!!

We were a happy client of Travefy for over a year... We are nearly finished transitioning to TripCreator, which we've found has been a much better option for our team. The price increases for multi-lite users and lack of ability to have multiple secondary agents without paying full price has been really frustrating. We can't justify paying for a full license for someone who needs access to the system a few times a week to collaborate with an itinerary build. The travefy software is stable and fairly user friendly, but now that we are needing to pay $100+ a month to be able to 2-3 users in the software who are working together on the same trip, caused us to start looking at alternatives. That's how we found TripCreator. After using both Travefy and TripCreator now for the past few months, we've actually found that TripCreator saves us time when building itineraries, it has more features, it presents better to clients and we are paying $9 a month per user. It also loads faster. The mapping feature on TripCreator is what I wished Travefy could do and their organization of tours, hotels, etc. with the map saves tons of time. They've simply outdone Travefy in multiple areas. I think Travefy has a good product but for now I feel like they've been one upped by a competitor and the doubling or tripling of the price for the same feature sent us looking for other options.

Great interactivity, easy to use. Love that everything you do is automaticaly saved even if you computer crashes. I have several negative points thought: 1. Deleting options from itinerary events are a nightmare, as you have to enter edit mode, scroll down, click delete and click again... it is too much when you have a bunch of events to delete. A simple delete button is a must. 2. When you send an itinerary to a client, photos and thumbnails are not saved even if they select offline mode. They have to open every single feature in the App in order to be able to access the info being "offline". Kind of annoying that the only thing that sticks, is the text the agent wrote. 3. Lenguage Barrie. Can't edit a lot of features in order to change to Spanish. Such as the flights 'departure/arrival' text, the time zone, titles like 'information and documents' and the worst part is when I send an itinerary by email so the client download the App. I have to explain in Spanish, and then the english instructions appear by default. To much unnecesary gibberish from my part in order to make the client understand what it has to be done. 4. A lot of problems with iOS Apple Users. Their itinerary doesn't appear in the App automatically, so most of the times they have to introduce the 32 digit code, which is super annoying and lots of clients are seniors that struggles with what we consider the simple things of technology. Overall is a very acceptable platform, but I hope it improves for agent's management. No hard complaints from the clients, which is good.

HI there, here is my review...city guides VERY limited..So many major cities in France not there. I do like the app quite a bit and so do my clients, but I need more places added. Also I find the yearly price exceptionally expensive.
