“I thought I was renewing my passport with the State Department. They got all my info and over $300. I became suspicious when they said they were changing my order to mail in?? I have disputed the charge and canceled my card. Big pain! Now I'll have to closely monitor my accounts. Going to call the passport office to report them.”
“Please don't fall for this website.
It is my fault that I didn't carefully check their website address.
When you search "preTSA" in Google, it pops up very top place. If if ends with .COM. it is scam. Look for the site with .GOV.”
“Warning!! total scam. Lucky for me, my credit card company would not issue payment for a passport renewal, because of all the fraud associated with this company.”
“I can't believe I fell for this scam. I was led to believe that I was paying for an expedited US passport, the site looked legit. After paying, I waited and was emailed forms that said I needed to take to the Post Office. Once I get to the post office, and was asked to pay, I told them I've already paid and she looked at me with a frown and asked to see my papers, then to tell me that I was scammed and that I should never have filled out that information unless it was on an official government website. She went on to say it happens all time. So, my bank was notified to dispute the transaction, let this be a lesson learned. To think, why would any”
“I want to alert everyone to the fraudulent practices of this Agency, who shamelessly posed as an authentic agent representing a reputable US agency. My recent encounter with them has left me shocked and deeply disappointed .Please don't follow them and spend your money unnecessarily .They are not trusted company .They will snatch your money by giving wrong information.”
“Unfortunately I am here to say I was scam by this company- I emailed the company with questions. The rep replied but when I asked for a refund,I didn’t here for them.”
“This is a scam. You essentially pay $160 bucks to complete a form, you can fill out at the post office for free. You still have to go to the post office after you fill in the information on this site. I went to the post office today, with the forms from this site, and the lady was shocked I paid $160 for this form, and said this literally was unnecessary fees. I called the company, and they said it’s listed on their site, but every time I go to their site, I do not see anywhere you are paying for a form you can complete at the post office that you still have to go to anyways! What a scam”
“It's a scam site. they charged 159$ for the service fee and $160 for US for 160 and they assured ill be definitely getting transit VISA due to medical emergency. Hoping that i had applied for one more applicant as well, but now the dates are not available till Nov 2023. it's completely waste of money and time. Even one rating is of waste for this service.”
