When you search "preTSA" in Google, it pops up very top place. If if ends with .COM. it is scam. Look for the site with .GOV.”

“This is a scam. You essentially pay $160 bucks to complete a form, you can fill out at the post office for free. You still have to go to the post office after you fill in the information on this site. I went to the post office today, with the forms from this site, and the lady was shocked I paid $160 for this form, and said this literally was unnecessary fees. I called the company, and they said it’s listed on their site, but every time I go to their site, I do not see anywhere you are paying for a form you can complete at the post office that you still have to go to anyways! While applying for visa, I didn't mean to go thru any 3rd party assistant. But I accidentally went thru their site as it looks like actual US visa website.
Later realized when I got email from them that I have to pay visa fee, I had already paid. But that was their fee not the visa fee. I freaked out as I had shared all my information to someone 3rd party. What if it is a scam!
I googled and everywhere it says it is a scam.
I meant to report it but before doing I thought to connect with them just in case they are genuine.
Surprisingly they were very supportive. They understood my situation how I accidentally went to their website while I didn't need any such help. They offered me 70% refund, not full, because my application was reviewed by them submitted to US visa website already. So they had done some work on my application. Which made sense to me.
Within two days, I got my refund.
So, I would say they are not scam. They genuinely help people who need, has problem in english or browsing thru visa website.”

“It's a scam site. they charged 159$ for the service fee and $160 for US for 160 and they assured ill be definitely getting transit VISA due to medical emergency. Hoping that i had applied for one more applicant as well, but now the dates are not available till Nov 2023. it's completely waste of money and time. Even one rating is of waste for this service.”
