“Travel Direct provided a very good service for my China visa. It was a a great comfort to be able to email the completed form to be checked before committing all the documents and my passport to the post. The passport with its visa came back in good time without a hitch. I am very happy with the service that Travel Direct provided.”

“Obtained visa in the 48h promised (although Royal Mail failed to meet their "guarantee" of next-day delivery of documents to Travel Direct). Quick and helpful replies to questions I asked, and checked e-mailed copies of docs for errors before sending the paper ones.”

“I had originally had an appointment to obtain my visa at the official China visa centre in London but the snow meant I couldn’t attend. I then searched other options as I needed the passport back rather quick. I found Travel Direct and after reading the very favourable reviews decided to go with them. I posted my docs on the Friday when the snow was still bad in Edinburgh, so they didn’t receive them until Tuesday, I received an Email to confirm receipt and then another on Friday to say the visas had been issued and were in the post! Quicker and cheaper if you count travel and time costs than going direct and from what I have read a whole lot easier. Top marks from me and highly recommended”
