“Not having applied for a Chinese visa before, my main priority was for a smooth process which didn't involve me playing email or postal 'tennis' with the forms to get them right. The information provided by Travel Direct was clear and easy to follow. I chose the 5 day turnaround option as I was applying in good time. All went very smoothly. I was emailed by Travel Direct to confirm receipt of the documents and contacted a few days later when the visas were issued. A hassle free experience which matched my hopes and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the excellent service.”
