“This was a very quick and efficient service. They answered any queries I had on the phone in regards to the application forms etc. They were quicker to deliver than I anticipated. All in all a good service that I will use again and would recommend.”

“Just a wee note to say how appreciative and impressed I am with your service. I was a bit overwhelmed when I realised that the Edinburgh Chinese Visa Centre had changed its processes and had a long lead time even just for an appointment. I did a web search but of course didn’t really understand or even trust that this could be done through a third party. The travel-direct website was really helpful and I was so impressed they managed to get my passport back and visa sorted in just two working days. Tina was also so helpful making a special quick trip to the Visa Centre along the street to collect my passport when I arrived a bit too early before 10am. Thank you!”

“Tina Fuller and Albert were absolutely brilliant. Kept in touch every step of the way and even sent an email to say when Visa Section had accepted application and when passport had been returned and was on it's way back, both unprompted. Went for the 4 day service at £200. Highly recommend!”
