I have been a loyal customer, having used your services in the past and recently made significant payments for future travel plans. However, I have encountered a series of issues that have left me feeling disappointed and confused. The most recent incident involves a simple date change request, which has resulted in unexpected and exorbitant charges. I have attempted to resolve this matter amicably, but unfortunately, I have been met with inconsistent information and a lack of transparency. I have attached relevant screenshots of our communication to provide context for my concerns. I kindly request a thorough investigation into the following: * Inconsistent Cancellation Fees: The cancellation fee I incurred in June 2022 differed significantly from the one I am now being quoted. I would appreciate a clear explanation for this discrepancy, particularly regarding the additional tax charges. * Date Change Charges: I am puzzled by the substantial date change fees, especially considering that I contacted your agent within 24 hours of realizing the error. I have requested proof of the fare difference, but this information has not been provided. * Misleading Information: I have been directed to contact the airline directly, only to be informed that the fares are not directly from them but from your agency. This has created further confusion and hindered my efforts to resolve the issue. I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and provide a fair resolution. I value your services and hope that we can work together to rectify this situation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
I wrote to you on the 14th of December and till now I haven’t heard back from anyone. I asked for managers email and was given the refund department email address and was told it’s the managers . I have all the proof and screenshots of conversations to support this which I attached to the email I wrote to you.”
“BE CAUTIOUS. I booked with this agent because it appeared to offer the cheapest flights via Google Travel. Immediately after booking, I became concerned about the seat selection and requested cancellation even before receiving the ticket number. They assured me that I could select seats on the airline website right after receiving the ticket. However, I later discovered that my fare plan doesn't allow seat selection until check-in. This is a significant problem, especially since I'm traveling with a small toddler, and sitting apart is not ideal.
To add to the frustration, the amount I paid aligns with the upper-level class, and the discrepancy in fare plans, along with the additional +100 charge from the airline website.
Despite multiple calls expressing my concerns, they insist it's non-refundable. When I mentioned exploring the next steps, they promised to call me back but have yet to respond.
This company not only doesn't offer cheaper prices, but also operates by using deceptive methods to extract more money from customers and refusing refunds. BE CAUTIOUS!!”

Travel agent failed to adequately inform me of changes to my return flight to the UK. As a result, I missed my original flight (only found out on arrival at the airport) and ended up stranded in Accra with little to no help from the agent upon making them aware.
In terms of feedback, please in future inform people of flight changes via email and not only whatsapp, especially when a preferred contact method has not been stated by the client. I was in Africa and so not using my UK phone number! Therefore huge assumption on the part of the agency to expect me to be contactable from my UK number. Had the travel agent taken the proper steps to inform me via official means (via email or by more than once contact method) this mess would not have happened!
Currently in the process of trying to get my money back for the return flights I had to purchase due to their negligence! I have called everyday since my return to the UK and still yet to hear from anyone despite it being almost a week since the incident! I have also sent customer service an email at the recommended email address and NOTHING!”

“I have been deeling the person called eric(hamyue) he arranged pilgrimage package for me I was not happy with hotel I paid extra £605 for a hotel because I was going with my children I choose near to Makkah he send me confirmation I was agree because hotel was very close and 5* I was going 13 February and he rang me 12 February and said me I upgrade you hotel and giving you better hotel I said I don’t want best I want which is I already choose .He was so upset he was pushing me that you should agree that you are happy to change the hotel I said I don’t want to change he try his best till end than I was flying from Manchester I was litterly cry that why without my permission he change my hotel and also paid a lot of money why I am staying in cheap hotel without me permission he send me new reservation I was crying he said to me I can’t do any thing now it’s happend you can talk to maneger I talk to maneger he also blackmailing me that if you don’t want it go where you want we don’t want your money back we don’t change your hotel tHis company is totally fraud please please do not choose them I will now request saudia defate hajj take certificate back because in the name of Allah they trapping people and do the fraud”
